Shipping policy

Delivery Across Pakistan

• We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners (such as Leopards and TCS).
• Delivery charge: Rs 200 per order.
• Free delivery when you order 2 or more pairs.

Payment Before Dispatch

• All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
• After placing your order, please pay via bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa using the details shown at checkout, and send the payment screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is verified.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: 3–5 working days for most cities; remote areas may take a little longer.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS or email so you can follow your parcel.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because the customer could not be reached, re-delivery charges will apply.
