This store is operated by Norva Footwear, owned by Muhammad Usman, located at Lane 10, Hostel City, Chattha Bakhtawar, Islamabad (near Bing Chun), Pakistan.
2. Products & Pricing
- We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible; slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings and photography.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing or stock error; any payment received will be refunded in full.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are prepaid via bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa (and card payments when available).
- An order is confirmed only after payment is verified.
4. Delivery
Delivery charges, timelines and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are handled according to our Exchange Policy.
6. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse this website, place fake orders, or copy our photos and content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Norva Footwear is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan.
